Trick-or-Treat!

Here are some pictures of our little pumpkin. He had so much fun this Halloween! Adam was out of town for work, so we spent the evening at my parents house (aka-Mimi & Papa's house.) In their neighborhood, the kids do a "Trick-or-Treat Hayride" and we were invited. Jackson had a BLAST! He thought riding on a Tractor, or "BRRMM BRRMM", was the most fun! It didn't take him long to catch on to the whole trick-or-treating deal. He watched the big kids and followed along, holding his pumpkin bag out, watching the candy drop in, looking down into his bag, laughing with approval and then walking off. It was hilarious to watch! Of course, his mean Mama didn't let him have any of the candy (that went to the Treasure Box in my classroom), but he never knew the difference and had a blast anyway! :) He also LOVED his pumpkin costume and thought it was hysterical in the mirror. On another note, Adam and I went to Athens this past weekend for the UGA game. It was a baby-free weekend with old memories and even older friends. We had a GREAT time! It was fun to pretend that we were college students again, only to find out that we are most definitely not! We learned that although it may seem like it was only yesterday that we were living in Athens and hanging with the best of them, in our minds, our bodies tell us differently. ;) But it was great to get away together, and have some hubby & wifey time in a place that holds so many wonderful memories for us. Have I mentioned how much we miss that place?? P.S. I have also included some cute pictures of Jackson, around the house, taken over the past couple of weeks. Have a great weekend!
